IrishDanceIn this the  39th Annual Irish Newfoundland Association  Irish Week  Celebrations  – we welcome you to join us  for a  some great  Irish music and a good scuff.

The headlining band for this year’s  Irish Week is Rum Ragged, a group of young Newfoundland musicians with roots in the traditional music of the province. Rum Ragged  (Aaron Collis, Mark Manning, Peter Green  and Anthony Chafe)  has spanned their exuberant show around from the provinces most known festivals to favorite venues.
They frequently play the George Street pubs in St. John’s and are dedicated to bringing traditional Newfoundland music back to the top.

We also welcome, Sullivan – Slaney; Sean & Rob have been playing as a duo fo a dozen years.  What started out as a chance meeting at a weekend festival in Burin many moons ago, with both of them discovering their similar tastes in folk music, has now developed into a lifelong friendship between the two. They are regulars at most of the Irish bars in the St. John’s area.
